2. 물류창고 이전 및 통합. (Transfer of Materials Storage)

3. 품질부서 이전 및 동선 개선.(Tranfer of QA Team)

4. 각 사업부 동선 개선 (Improvement of Flow in each team)

이는 생산 활동에 지장을 초래하지 않도록 단계적으로 움직여 질 것입니다.
