Relocation of the head office’s machining line and sheet me<x>tal line to Okgil-dong.

2023년 9월 본사의 기계가공라인과 판금라인을 부천시 옥길동으로 이전을 마무리 하였습니다.

현재 정상 가동중이며 가동율은 65% 입니다.

부지 2000평에 전용면적 1000평의 공간에 구축하였으며

금번 확장 이전시 MCT 장비 10대를 추가 하였으며 노후 된   MCT, CNC 장비를 2대 교체 하였습니다.

판금장비의 투자는 복합기1대, 절곡기1대, 자동사상기1대를 추가 하였습니다.

용접라인 또한 레이저용접기를 추가하여 안정적 라인을 구축 하였습니다.

MCT 전라인에 절삭유 자동 공급장치를 설치 하였습니다.

에어유틸리티는 100HP 콤프레셔 2대를 설치하여 안정정 공급을 구축 하였습니다.

In September 2023, we completed the relocation of our headquarters' machining line and sheet metal line to Okgil-dong, Bucheon-si.

It is currently operating normally and the operation rate is 65%.

The site is 6,600 square meters and the exclusive area is 3,300 square meters.

During this relocation, 10 MCT machines were added and 2 old MCT and CNC machines were replaced.

Investment in sheet metal equipment included the addition of one multi-function machine, one bending machine, and one automatic deburring machine.

We also built a stable welding line by adding a laser weldding machine.

An automatic cutting oil supply device has been installed in all MCT lines.

Air Utility established a stable supply by installing two 100HP compressors.
